| 1228763 | 2011-09-05 07:44:00 | Quite by accident (honest) I caught the last bit of a program called "Busting out" on BBC Knowledge on Friday night which was looking at the "status" of boobs (for want of a better word) in different parts of the world at different times in history. It cited some research from the 1950's (I think) where they had looked at over 150 "cultures" and whether breasts had a sexual/erotic significance, and the number where that was the case was less than 20 (not sure that they're the exact figures but the proportion was kinda like that) - mostly "western". Boobs on bikes was due thru' here a while back - there was quite a lot of "anti" opinions quoted in the local press. Anyway, I'm a visual learner, me. You can learn an awful lot just by looking at things! :rolleyes: |
