| 104 | 1998-09-01 00:21:00 | Thanks to May Absolute Beginners column, I can now send faxes. However, I have tried to send a fax to my number and the phone just keeps ringing. Do I have to have my computer switched on for it to receive? | Guest (0) | ||

I don't know how long a FAX sender would wait while the OS booted and started the FAX programme. Otherwise, like a real FAX machine, it has to be turned on all the time so it can answer the phone. |
