| 409 | 1998-09-24 15:12:00 | OK - now for an easy question (I hope) I want to be able to print my directory listings... I'm sure I have done this before - but for some reason it now eludes me. ( I know it's a sign of old age ) :) Anyhow if anyone can help - thanx |

| 412 | 2008-01-13 00:49:00 | I assume you want to print your directory listings? if so... Go to Start>Run. Type CMD and press Enter. Type CD followed by the directory you want to print - spaces are allowed. (eg CD C:\SampleFolder\Sub Folder) and press Enter. Type the root drive letter if it's not on C:. Type tree > dirlist.rtf (or a filename of your choice - make sure it ends in .RTF though) and press Enter. Browse to the location that you typed above (C:\SampleFolder\Sub Folder) and open the RTF file in Word, choosing MS-DOS excnoding. there you have it! A directory listing. |
