Could someone please explain how to order folders and shortcuts in the Win98 start menu. Right clicking and dragging the subfolders off the 'Programs' folder up and down reorders these subfolders. But how do you reorder the shortcuts within these subfolders. It would seem they are alphabetical but I have the occassional shortcut which is not alphabetically placed amongst the other shortcuts. I can't seem to shift it back. Can you put shortcuts and folders whereever you want in any order. And can you insert division lines, like in the drop down menus of running programs. Finally, where is this sorting info stored. Not in Start Menu in the Windows directory. Explorer just lists everything alphabetically, even if that is not the case in the actual start menu.
