| 417 | 1998-09-25 23:52:00 | My problem is, I had a sound problem, and a computer man reinstalled windows onto my machine (I lost everything & had to reinstall everything back onto my machine) I used to have the ability to have start up icons on the left hand side of the task bar(the small icons on the right side of the task bar are there)now when I drag from the desktop the info is a circle with a cross through it.
