| 387 | 1998-09-17 01:06:00 | Hi all,I want to know about IR ports. Is this a MS proprietary stack that they license to 3rd parties to produce compatible devices? Or is there some ITU or other standard for device connection? Also, is there any difference between Win95 or 98 with regard their support of IR? Getting the OS to recognise the port is one thing, what is required to get an application (eg fax) to do the same? Regards, Tim Hayward. |
