| 488 | 1998-10-01 09:53:00 | Since August I have been trying to download 2 of your free programs, Cookie Cutter and Web Weaver without success. I navigate your web site to the downloads section ok, select the items and wait - nothing happens.The problem does not appear to be my software, I have just downloaded a File Mgr update from MS on the second attempt tonight and after three failures to connect with Support on previous evenings. I have only recently gone on the internet, is inexperience my problem? My machine is a Pentium-S 100 with 48meg ram and Windows 3.1, IE3.1. I would appreciate your advice, thanks |
