| 468 | 1998-09-29 07:52:00 | Intermittently the screen freezes several minutes after a Windows95 Screensaver [eg Flying through Space] cuts in. Sometimes a fault statement could be brought up that Flying Through Space had caused a general protection fault in Module S3_3.DRV at 00001:00001f3f with a range of Registers and Stack Dump Locations which seem to vary with the occasion. Usually Ctrl+Alt+Del has no impact with Reset the only solution with its consequential problems. Have others experienced this problem and found a solution ? My Computer is a Pentium 200 MMx, 32 MB RAM operating under Win95/SR2 with Philips 105S SVGA energy conserving monitor. Any help would be received with gratitude. Roy Northey |
