518	1998-10-03 13:44:00	have a selection of video cd's cant play them.get message that cant initialise MCI and to restart windows..still no go. Video is Sonypress.Also when I try to start from mpeg file it tells me that i am trying to start encarta but wrong file path???? says only encarta can open *.dat files?? I have pentium 11 233mhz.32meg ram PC direct machine,they, by the way havnt a clue?? My brother can play these on his IBM laptop but not me. Heellp please!	Guest (0)
