| 516 | 1998-10-04 07:18:00 | How many times do you have a need to go to a particular tab in a control panel dialog box. Standard Bill's setup had me going Settings > Control Panel > Multimedia > THEN clicking the 'Midi' tab to alter my Midi device. You can access ANY control panel dialog box directly with a shortcut target such as this which opens Device Manager : C:\WINDOWS\CONTROL.EXE SYSDM.CPL,,1 where sysdm = System Properties and 1 = which tab you wish to open ie to open #1 from the left =0, next one=1, next= 2 To find what you can put in place of sysdm do a search in C:\Windows of *.cpl I would give you a list but you system could have more or less !!!!
