598 1998-10-16 03:04:00 During start-up, when Win-95 is loading the drivers, a blue screen appears with the following message:

> An exception OE has occurred at
> 0028:C226494D in VxD--- . **
> This was called from 0028:C226494B
> in VxD--- . **

> . Press any key to attempt to > continue
> . Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your > computer . You will lose any > unsaved information in all > applications .

> Press any key to continue .

(**Note: the address 0028: etc varies:
e . g . 0028:C32052BB
0028:C320530B )

Invariably everything is normal again after pressing 'any' key .

I have emptied 'Start-up' , tried starting with the CTRL down, etc, but without any result .

What does it mean, and how do I correct this?
