595	1998-10-11 00:51:00	I remember reading an article in NZ-PCWorld re speeding up downloads by altering the packet? sizes to better suit a modem rather than the default network packet size. Involved editing a something somewhere, ad downloading the editor from a site in the UK. For the life of me I cannot find the article again. Any clues? Im using win95/ie4. Thanks Ian Fraser	Guest (0)
