We have a program on the computer which allows us to enter all details of a sale and then the invoice is printed out on a dot matrix printer. After printing the details the printer moves the invoice up to the tearoff position. The problem is that the printer dose`nt move the paper back to the start printing position but remains in the tearoff position so the next invoice is printed in the wrong place. Is it possible to obtain a program that could be added to the computer to return the paper to the start position? The printer is a Panasonic 9pin dot matrix.Any adivise would be greatly appreciated.
