727	1998-11-03 11:57:00	I Email regularly to a family member in Australia, previously without a problem. Now Photos in .jpg sent by me with Netscape Communicator won`t download at his end. No problem with Plain Text part but when the attachment looms he loses everything. He is on IE4. The same message downloads O.K. to cc. recipients with various Browsers.
