812 1998-11-18 00:37:00 I have a system problem you or a reader may have a solution to.
I am using Windows 95 4.00 (950B) and have somehow created a number of recycle bins which have become system folders and cannot be removed so it seems. One is named 'Recycled' and the other 'Recycle Bin' in my Program Files directory and the normal 'Recycled Bin' under My Computer. They appear to Mirror each other registering any file deletions I have tried moving, copy and deleting them but they spring up and create files with a prefix of DC#. (in the 'Recycled' folder). I have reloaded Windows a number of times for other 'glitches' whereby this problem has been temporarily cured only to appear again sometime after.
