I have a Mustek 1200 IIIEP flatbed scanner, and run Paintshop Pro 4 to scan images, Expervision's Type Reader Pro 5.0 to scan Text. Whenever I have been able to scan images in Paintshop Pro, I seem to be unable to scan text with Type Reader Pro, which scans blank pages, or half pages. It seems that by re-installing the OCR software, and/or the scanner driver software from scratch that I can successfully use OCR again. When it all works OCR is fantastic and images are equally good. Any solution to this problem?
