| 767 | 1998-11-11 21:51:00 | I have a Compaq Deskpro 4000 which has a parallel port which runs at ECP level. To this port I would like to connect a Backpack tape drive which will only support up to EPP. How do I reconfigure this port to either EPP or Bi-Directional? I have tried to reinstall the port to standard parallel and the PC does not recognise it. I have tried BIOS settings and found nothing to change. I have also tried Compaq with still no joy. Can anyone help?? |
