| 1254402 | 2012-01-16 01:12:00 | I am in the process of upgrading a PC from Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium. The problem is however, how do I transfer all of the emails and pictures from Vista to Win7, can the internet settings also be transferred? And because Windows 7 doesn't have Windows Mail installed, what can I use in place of that? |

| 1254403 | 2012-01-16 01:24:00 | Use the easy file transfer wizard. support.microsoft.com (support.microsoft.com) For mail use windows live mail. Or Outlook, Thunderbird etc. |

Imagine if the hard drive dies - then what happens to your stuff. Always have copies on at least two separate drives that are not plugged in to the same PC or into any power at all at the same time. | pctek (84) | ||
