Reconcile it and then write them a letter. Don't worry about the debt collectors - if Slingshot sort their act out and you can show them you owe them nothing, there will be no credit history ramifications. wainuitech is 100% correct - if there is a debt, then it must be backed up with a paper trail. |

As far as the debt collectors - ring them and tell them the bill is in dispute. They cannot proceed with it until the dispute is settled. IF Slingshit keep stalling book a hearing with Disputes - that will make them move real fast. |
