| 1230184 | 2011-09-11 23:43:00 | Pirating Vista ?? (in the graph) instead of 7. why why why ?? Stupidity. Or maybe the shop sellling the OS claims they don't have Win7, wanting to unload Vista. |

| 1230185 | 2011-09-12 01:11:00 | Maybe they pirate Vista because they think Microsoft won't care? (and they probably don't either!) | Agent_24 (57) | ||
| 1230186 | 2011-09-12 02:45:00 | I have 2 copies of Vista I can't give away.... Mind you they are OEM and I don't remember what hardware they belong to either. Actually I have quite a collection Of OS's that are now orphaned from hardware. |

| 1230187 | 2011-09-12 05:05:00 | As a design student I have photoshop because I have to and there is no way I can afford the student price or even justify that price. I am not using it to make money or for commercial gain. If it was cheaper and I had the money I would buy it. Very good applicationAdobe currently sells CS5.5 Design Standard for $300 AUD, or Photoshop on its own (CS5 Extended) for $183 AUD (educational pricing). If you can't afford that as a one-off cost, how on earth do you intend to pay for your courses, materials etc? | Erayd (23) | ||
| 1230188 | 2011-09-12 05:06:00 | Yeah that's why you can apply to Studylink for $1K PA for "course-related costs" ;) | Chilling_Silence (9) | ||
| 1230189 | 2011-09-12 05:21:00 | "I cant afford it" is no justification for theft. Not saying Im squeaking clean, just dont make excuses |

What about if I can't afford a loaf of bread to feed my family, should I use that as an excuse to take it? No, there is help available, from the government What if I can't afford software needed to do my university course studies, should I use that as an excuse to take it? No, there are subsidies as well as loans readily available. ;) |

If you can't afford something you probably shouldn't buy it on loan unless you absolutely need it, as then you'll end up paying more overall because of the interest. No way will those things ever save you money. They have old hardware. They know a decent operating system when they see it ;) |
