But if your outside the inhome/cable area then they dont offer naked dsl |

Just curious , in the original post you mentioned: were told on the phone there would be no disconnection fee and paid the account in full by credit card. This was over early march until may the 12th. A week ago I received a letter from ****** debt collection services stating we owed Callplus Services Limited - Slingshot $50 + $12.12 for the collectors. What did Slingshot say the $50 + fee was actually for ??? Considering you mentioned it was paid in full by Credit Card and was told no disconnection fee ? And they didn't contact you to say you owed for -----------???? Legally they have to contact you and be able to prove they have sent you letters/ warnings etc. |
