Naked Cable service was introduced recently , like a month or 2 ago.
But if your outside the inhome/cable area then they dont offer naked dsl

Just curious , in the original post you mentioned:
were told on the phone there would be no disconnection fee and paid the account in full by credit card. This was over early march until may the 12th.

A week ago I received a letter from ****** debt collection services stating we owed Callplus Services Limited - Slingshot $50 + $12.12 for the collectors. What did Slingshot say the $50 + fee was actually for ??? Considering you mentioned it was paid in full by Credit Card and was told no disconnection fee ?

And they didn't contact you to say you owed for -----------???? Legally they have to contact you and be able to prove they have sent you letters/ warnings etc.

1229387 2011-09-07 10:16:00 I don't know exactly what it was for. The thing that annoys me most is that when we paid in full by credit card we were told that was it. And they have that recording so they would of come across it when the reviewed the calls, if they ever did hueybot3000 (3646)
1229388 2011-09-07 10:24:00 Sorry if I seem vague on some details, but that's because it's very difficult to get any information out of them and by the time we get anywhere I'm that frustrated I use all of concentration holding my tongue! They also blame alot on there "system having some issues" hueybot3000 (3646)
