1229152	2011-09-07 01:49:00	Hi there, We brought a 42inch TV last Nov 2010 and had a Protection Plus on it. Our house was broken into on July 2011 and we were not insured. We are still paying for the TV as we brought it with our Q Card. Was told by HN that there was nothing they can do as we did not ask for specific insurance to cover the TV. Is this right? Yes. You basically bought an extended warranty. Which is a waste of money as you are covered by CGA anyway. Insurance, theft is not their problem. It's yours. Why the hell didn't you have insurance? You must realise this happens, and you get it pinched, yep, you for sure have to keep paying for it. Same with your car(s). You do have them insured don't you??	pctek (84)
