What next? :p

You may (or others using your pc) have been tracked by Google or re-targeted based on prior and recent web sites when internet surfing. This is explained in their ad display preferences (www.google.com) based on interest/relevancy ad based visitation. Being a adsense publisher myself, I have done interest related testing, and is the most likely cause, why an unexpected ad may appear. You can opt out if you want.

I've considered that, but in all honesty, I'd rather get somewhat relevent ads, as opposed to random ones. Here's the one I got on this page, nice and interesting.
