| 867 | 1998-11-25 01:07:00 | My Father is running a pentium PC with Win 95. After starting up, the second or third time you minimize or restore a window the computer freezes and has to be re-booted. This occurs whether you click the minimize/restore buttons or use the menu commands. Do we have to reload Win 95? Would loading Win 98 fix the problem? Would appreciate any advice.
