| 855 | 1998-11-23 12:12:00 | Whenever I start Internet Explorer it will not automatically setup my dialup connection with xtra's home page. An error is displayed 'IE cannot open internet site http://www.xtra.co.nz. A connection with the server could not be established.' The only solution is to use the 'Connect to XTRA' shortcut from the desktop BEFORE starting IE, then IE performs fine. I am running Windows98 and IE4.0 . Where am I going wrong?
