| 915 | 1998-12-04 09:25:00 | I recently upgraded my 8 speed CD ROM drive because it can not read some of my CD-ROMs. I bought a 36 speed CDROM drive butafter a month it is also not able to autoplay some games and can not read certain CD ROMs. What I've noticed is that some of the games and programs I can still play with the old 8x drive and some games the new 36x drive. Is the head of my CD ROM drives dirty or defective? What can cause the CD ROM drives to fail? | Guest (0) | ||
