| 961 | 1998-12-11 01:16:00 | Another program (program since removed) has taken over control of viewing my *.cab files contents in Explorer (double clicking a *.cab file should display its contents). Double clicking a CAB file now only prompts for a program to use to open this type of file. I have found 2 references to CABVIEW.DLL in the registry, I suspect this library is a ShellExt call to to view the files in a MS Cab file. Could you please advise how to re-attach the shellEx function to the .cab association I am quiet happy to edit the registry if necessary. With Thanks, Arthur |
