| 942 | 1998-12-07 21:23:00 | The written instructions are for Win. 95/98 only.Win. 3.11 instructions on the Connections CD Rom. I have followed the CD Rom Instructions. The modem is connected correctly and has sent registration details by modem. It also tests OK on a Comm test program. When I try to connect to the internet I get an error message: ( Can not establish a network connection. the network is down) Am I getting a conflict with my internal modem? or is the software not fully installed.
