| 984 | 1998-12-21 03:49:00 | I have a Pentium 100 with 32 mb RAM, 2 hard drives ('C' for programs and 'D' for data files. The cd rom is 'E' drive). The network is no longer connected although it is likely to be so in the future. I have Nortons Anti-virus running auto matically at start-up. Whenever I reboot my PC I get a diaglogue box with the following message after the Autoexec.bat file kicks in. 'The file C:\SB16\DIAGNOSE.EXE has changed since inoculation. What would you like to do? [stop]' 'Stop' is the only option. The bat file displayed is; C:\>REM - BY WINDOWS95 NETWORK - C:\WINDOWS\NET\START C:\>SET SOUND=C\SB16 C:\>SET BLASTER=A220 I2 D3 H5 P330 T6 C:\>REM **SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D3 H5 P330 T6 C:\>SET MIDI=SYNTH:1 MAP:E C:\>C:\SB16\DIAGNOSE /S Access denied C:\>C:\SB16\SB16SET /R /Q C:\> Can anyone please advise me on what changes I need to make to eliminated the error message at each start-up. Thanks Danny |
