| 986 | 1998-12-21 09:01:00 | When I download a program from the Net the download proceeds ok. The program seems to load ok until a box comes on screen saying something like 'after the program has been installed all tempory files created will be removed'. From here on my computer slows right down to a snails pace. After the installation the computer still runs slow and I have to shut down and restart Windows 98 to get going again.
