I have an Advantage 486sx-25 with 20Megs ram and 500MB hardrive. I run Windows 3.1 and Office 4.0 with no problems. I have approximately 150MB free space on my hard drive. Recently I purchased an Epson 440 color printer. After installimg the printer software I attempted to print and kept getting an error message that the spooling software(that came with the epson) had caused a stack fault in GDI.exe. I have also been getting a 'stack fault' error when trying to play Microsoft golf which used to work fine. Firstly what is a stack fault and secondly, how do you stop one occuring? Your help would be appreciated. |
