1087	1999-01-19 00:41:00	Hello i have a problem with my. Elpina Ability Electron Sound pro 1869 Sound card. When i install the win 3.1 drivers wich came on a cd it plays wav files to fast. mid files seam to work all right. and when i use encarter 96 the sound just sounds like static. it won't recred properly ether. But if i use sound blaster 1.5 driver (that comes on the windows disks) it work all right but i can't play all mid files and its only 8 bit sound. where can i get a driver that will work proerly? Is it that I am doin somthing wroing. Also when i run games dos games that work all right.	Guest (0)
