| 1102 | 1999-01-23 12:56:00 | My Outlook Express program used to load in about 7 seconds, and it worked fine. Recently I installed CyberPatrol evaluation copy, and ever since then, Outlook Express has taken over a minute to load each time, and slows down the computer terribly, even causing the mouse to have a strobe-effect as it passes across the screen. I uninstalled CyberPatrol, but the problem still remains. Is there any easy way to make it load quickly again? Do I need to clear our the message files? |
