I have a b&w Acer Anywhere V386SL notebook circa 1983/4.Not sure which but 2/4 MB ram and 64KB cache memory,Windows 3.1 and works 2.0 (I think).The power pack is not working (green light keeps flicking-no power to computer). My user needs are solely wordprocessing (email would be nice but doable?), word 6 or 7 would be better than works.Is it worth spending $ to fix the power problem and if so could I get it to run Win 95 or can I delete all programs and just run word 6/7 on Win 3.1 or should I just chuck it out?? many thanks.
