| 1107 | 1999-01-24 06:50:00 | Since upgrading to IE4.0 along with Outlook Express I am unable to send email with large attachments (3mb). There were no problems before the upgrade. After 3 mins the error message reads in part, 'server problems, network problems or long periods of inactivity' My ISP has been unable to help so far, any ideas please? |
