| 1262 | 1999-02-22 01:36:00 | I'm a bit hesitant to alter or add anything to Win95 in case I screw it up. I was advised recently that to speed up Win95, to add an entry in the System Ini file under VCache,having a minimum cache of 512Kbytes and a maximum of 2046 Kbytes.Is this a good idea and why System Ini not registry?
