| 1264 | 1999-02-20 01:22:00 | I am unable to shut down my computer under Windows 95 unless I turn off the power. When I use the normal process, the screen refreshes. This problem has only manifested itself over the past few days. I've tried to start ERD, but cannot get it to load under DOS as Windows is still in memory. Any ideas? |
