1324	1999-03-03 08:52:00	Hi, awhile ago I downloaded Outlook 98 and have had a problem with it since, due to me being very busy this is the first chance I've had to ask for help. I have tried everything I can(ie Uninstalling,reinstalling and checking that outlook 98 has the same setup as outlook express) outlook express is working as I have to use this to send and receive my e-mail. The problem I have is all to do with the e-mail setup, I keep getting the following messages when I try to send or receive e-mail: 1. Internet Mail is not registered properly. Please Reinstall and try again (Account'pop3.xtra.co.nz',SMTP Server:'pop3.xtra.co.nz', POP3 Server: 'pop3.xtra.co.nz', Error Number: 0x80040154) 2. Message(s) couldn't be retrieved from server. This usually happens when connection to the server is lost due to server or network problems. If problem persists, contact your administrator. As I have said above I'm still having problems but outlook express is working well, I can't find an e-mail address for microsoft support in New Zealand and any help would greatly appreciated Cheers Graham	Guest (0)
