| 1255622 | 2012-01-23 21:12:00 | hmmn, some surprising recommendations there There have been a few customer satisfaction surveys, try & look at those & then decide if the above are really a good choice - sorry, dont have the links for the survey results (consumer.org.nz ????) other thing is Telecom own the ph lines. If there is an issue, the ISP & telecom can just blame each other. Ive seen this happen. Thats the main reason I stay with Telecom (constant ph line issues in my street) :) |
