| 1255496 | 2012-01-22 07:50:00 | on my steam account i started an install of TF2, paused it and copied the cgi files ronyville sent me. however it still wants to download 10,528.1MB, i thought it was supposed to catch up and download not so much?? am i missing something?? thanks |

| 1255498 | 2012-01-22 08:04:00 | This happened to me when a friend tried to copy tf2 for me. It screws up because it has to distinguish the difference between the f2p app and the actual game. It appears to be coded by monkeys and refuses to let you copy it without doing a steam backup (and even then it gets grumpy). In the end I couldn't work out how to get around it so I ended up downloading the whole game anyway. | icow (15313) | ||
