| 1366 | 1999-03-08 09:40:00 | Hi, I have a WIn98 system that has the fault in Internet Explorer as described in Microsoft artcle Q188952, i.e. 'Internal error ocurred'. However, the proposed solutions do not fix the problem. I do not use Net.Medic. I only have one copy of the Winsock.dll. I have extracted and reinstalled Winsock.dll from the Win98 CD. I have deleted, rebooted and reinstalled TCP/IP. The system had been working fine. I believe the problem arose after I uninstalled an application I did not want. I have subsequently reinstalled the application but this did not help. Do you have any other suggestions? Cheers |
