| 1552 | 1999-04-06 10:00:00 | I use Win98 / Outlook to handle my email with Clear.net. While it runs OK the access time from dialing to moden initialisation is very long (up to 2 min). A friend using Win m95 / Outlook Express does not experience the same delay. Is this a common problem and is there a fix ? |
