| 1550 | 1999-04-06 06:15:00 | When I launch Outlook Express the logo box comes up in the middle of the desktop immediately, then nothing happens for about 15 seconds, then the rest of the program loads. Terminating the program by clicking on the x in the top right hand corner causes it to hang. I then have to use ctrl+alt+del and end task. I have installed IE4 again, over top of itself so to speak, to no avail. Suggestions please Peter B-T |
