| 1564 | 1999-04-07 20:57:00 | I am trying to move email messages held on an old PC in Outlook Express v4.xx to a new PC which uses Outlook Express v5.x. I have tried creating a new folder in the new Outlook Express in order to copy the .mbx and .idx from the old Outlook Express. However, even though the new folder exists when viewed from within Outlook Express, I cannot find it in Windows Explorer. I can add my .mbx and .idx files to the directory tree in Windows Explorer but Outlook Express can't read them. It seems as if there is a compatibility problem between Outlook Express V4 and V5. Any ideas?? |
