1636	1999-04-18 04:58:00	I have a problem where I type a message in outlook express offline then I click send and the system locks up and I have to alt-ctrl-delete to get out of outlook. if I start outlook again my message is there I can then connect and send, I have e-mailed microsoft but got no reply. If I try and down load a patch from microsoft which might fix it, it also wants me to down load sp2 a friend did that and his whole system went down.	Guest (0)
