1725 1999-04-30 00:56:00 I have recently created an invoice using a Word Form. In the total column I have created a calculation that multiplies the unit column by the price colum. This was done by using the forms tool bar and inserting a test field. By going into the properties of the field I have changed it to a calculation, using the =Product(A1,B1) syntax. This works fine, but I am unable to supress the 0's when a line is left blank. I am able to select the number formating in the field properites, but these all have the positive;negative format. They can be edited, but even when using the positive;negative;zero formating specified, the zero option is ignored. Guest (0)
