| 1717 | 1999-04-28 10:13:00 | I am unable to get Scandisk or Defrag to complete there functions, they start up OK but keep restarting. Scandisk restarted 10 times then a message said there was another program running, but there is nothing running that I can see, it even happens if I run them straight after startup. How can I find out what is running ? ? ? |
