| 1743 | 1999-05-02 23:46:00 | I recently upgraded my computer's motherboard and CPU to a Cyrix PR300 based system running at 75 Mhz X 3. I am able to use the old RAM, 32 Mbytes in 8 Mbyte simms. It is all 60 ns. Will I improve performance appreciably by going to a single dimm of SDRAM or PC100 RAM? In case you need the info, my graphics card is a creative graphics blaster extreme with 4 Mbytes ram, and my sound card is an Aztech PCI128. |
