1771	1999-05-04 07:27:00	As a Saturn Communications 'Big Deal' customer, I get my internet connection via The.Net which Saturn provides in conjunction with Voyager. I have found the number of attempts to get connected to be most unsatisfactory and wonder if any of your readers have the same complaint before I change ISP. The Voyager help desk temporarily gave me a number used by their own customers which connected straight away on each attempt (until the temporary password expired!) However, it appears Saturn customers have to make do with an inferior connection system. It can sometimes take hours to get a connection and on other occasions the connection can be made on the first few attempts. Saturn admit their relationship with Voyager is problematic and have suggested that I try their connection to Paradise. Have others experienced problems with Saturn?	Guest (0)
