| 1831 | 1999-05-11 10:28:00 | I am having problems accessing web-pages. At least 75% of the pages I attempt to access either: display a blank screen, display a blank screen with some source code (e.g. <a href='/nz/products_services/support/default.stm' class='menuleve), or show some of the page and then source code. I am currently operating IE5 and experiencing the problem, however find the problem similarly exists with both IE4.01 and Netscape Communicator 4.5. Strangely, the problem does not exist when using Creative Inspire (albeit response times are much slower), there appears to be no difficulty operating ICQ, and EMail always works well. Our ISP is Paradise.Net. I use a Dynalink 56k V9.0 internal modem, and my PC is a TPG Pentium II 350 with 128 MB of RAM. Can you help?...either with advice as to what the problem may be, or how I could best identify the source of the problem. |
